My thoughts on Legalizing Prostitution

I joined MUN which stands for model united nations as my school club and society,which is sort of a debating club.I chose to represent China this year as i think i could make out alot of topics out of the powerful country itself.
Now,
thoughts on what i think of legalizing prostitution itself,
With prostitution being an illegal activity 'on the surface' in china,many of the women are not protected and are forced into such trade.Mind you,they have difficulties seeking help although some women volunteered joining such activities but those are entirely up to them as they had made their decision to join a darker path.
